Abstract: This British Columbian research study represents Canada's first provincial, in-depth study of the motion picture production below-the-line workforce.  The report looked at elements of the labour market and also puts forth a series of recommendations: investing in quality of workforce through training, focusing on sustainability with system enhancement, enhancing data collection and sharing, and exploring opportunities and alliances for domestic and regional productions.
